The Barn is impressive throughout, standing detached behind Toft Hill Hall with breathtaking views across the Durham countryside. There are 3 well appointed bedrooms all en suite and the spacious open plan living area boasts bifold doors leading onto a large outside balcony. The spacious living area is grand with high ceilings and a beautiful feature window. The Barn is a great space for both friends and family to enjoy whilst exploring all that the area has to offer.
Cook
The kitchen area is the heart of The Barn. It’s well equipped with good quality appliances including range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, Nespresso machine, wine cooler fridge and Bluetooth speaker. It has everything you would need to create great food.
Relax
It doesn’t matter what the weather is like as every option is covered. If it’s a summers day get those bifold doors open and soak up the late afternoon sun on the balcony. If it’s a little chilly out there light the wood burning stove and enjoy the cosy underfloor heating throughout.
Soak
The bathrooms are all finished to the highest specification with towels and a complimentary luxury Toiletries pack.
Sleep
Sleeping up to 6 guests The Barn has 3 generous en suite Super king bedrooms. 2 of which can be split into twins if required. All made up with premium bed linen for ultimate comfort. Truly 5 star.

In the lounge, there is a 50″ TV with Freeview so you can relax and watch whatever your heart desires.
Wood Burning Stove
The wood burning stove is available to use; we have provided firelighters, kindling and a basket of logs to start you off.
Under Floor Heating
The Barn has underfloor heating on both floors; you can vary the temperature by using the thermostats in the rooms.
Dogs
Dogs are more than welcome in the property by prior arrangement.
